Peter made the move to Real Estate in 2004 from hospitality when he recognised an opportunity to stand out and excel by offering great service based on hard work, honesty, determination and understanding my clients’ goals. His decision to join William Porteous Properties International was simple given the company shared the same values and aspirations.
Peter has worked and lived in the Western Suburbs nearly all of his life, “I know the area like the back of my hand and also have a huge circle of contacts. As a result, I am very lucky to have been through hundreds of beautiful homes and I am able to easily match them to qualified buyers when the owners are ready to move.” This enables Peter to sell 4 out of 10 homes before they go to the open market. If however a property does go to the open market the average time it takes him to sell is only 27 days. On average over the past 3 years Peter will sell 49 properties every year.
The type of property Peter sells include apartments, townhouses riverside homes and the majority of his sales are made in Claremont, followed closely by Cottesloe, Mosman Park, Dalkeith and Mount Claremont. Although Peter has sold homes in many other suburbs, the majority of buyers that Peter talks to are looking in the ‘Golden Triangle’.
