Don't be scared if you are not in a hurry, to add a little to the price you are asking as you may be likely to sell your home at the higher price when the right buyer comes along. Don't rely on your friends to know how much your home is worth as they can only guess, it is your real estate agent you should question when setting the price as they have the inside knowledge on how the market is sitting at the time.
