When it comes to selling a property the first question many people ask is what commission should I pay? Some agents charge a variable commission some agents charge a fixed commission. In reality finding an agent to sell your property is a lot more than just what commission you pay.

When selecting an agent it also important to know the how the agent will market the property, marketing costs, the agents reputation and ethics etc

The ultimate test however is what sale price the real estate agent can achive for your property. A good sale price will more than compensate for any commission and fees paid to the real estate agent.

So when slecting an agent to sell your proeprty much sure you weigh everything up and look at the agent's proposal in detail and take all other aspects into consideration.
